get_contract_profile

Everything Vlada holds on one Medicare Advantage contract, or one of its plans, in ONE call: the contract (name, parent, plan type, plans and counties served), enrollment by year and state, plan economics (risk score, Part A/B payment and rebate per member per month, by year), Overall / Part C / Part D stars by rating year, every plan's premium, MOOP, deductibles and supplemental allowances with the change from the prior plan year, ALL 36 filed benefits for a plan (doctor, hospital, emergency, diagnostics, equipment, drugs, dental, vision, hearing, OTC) with history back to 2019, the largest counties with share of county, and the 15 contracts it competes with most in its own counties.

ARGS: contract_id (H5549, R5826, ...). Optional plan_id ('011' or 'H5549-011'): that plan's benefits come back in full with their history. Without plan_id, benefits come back for the largest `benefit_plans` individual plans offered in the benefit year (default 3, max 5). Optional sections: any of contract, enrollment, economics, stars, plans, benefits, counties, competitors (default all).

Benefits are the plan's FILED design; a D-SNP member's cost is usually lower after Medicaid. Employer group plans (800-series) file placeholder cost sharing and are flagged egwp. The record holds the 40 largest plans and 40 largest counties; plan_count and county_count give the full numbers.
