The full set of ICD-10 diagnosis codes and their descriptions, by year. The diagnosis vocabulary used to read claim diagnoses, map them to risk categories, and interpret clinical conditions. All 16 fiscal-year code sets are held, FY2012 to FY2027. FY2021 to FY2025 are currently flagged non-current, so a query must request them explicitly (is_current = false) to read those five years.
